learning custom css

i spent most of the day yesterday (and also this morning) playing with stylus on bluesky, it was fun! i've never really liked css, but after learning about some of the different selectors i'm feeling a bit different now. it's pretty cool to see something that bothers me and be able to fix it (to an extent, lol). maybe i'll get into tampermonkey next, or maybe i'll just bite the bullet and write a bluesky client for my specific usage patterns. i don't really need that many features to be content, in fact there's too many in social-app as-is.
